David has really improved my sailing and helped make me a double National Champion this year. In a 5 day regatta, on the water for up to 8 hours per day; the ability to switch-on, focus and move on from a bad result has been instrumental in my success. I really feel I have an advantage in regattas knowing I have the mental skills to cope with anything.

I have been racing yachts since the age of 9 and it is a passion that has taken me all over the world. I am currently campaigning to become the single handed under 19 world champion with hopes of going on to become a professional ocean racer.

The time I have spent with Dave has allowed me to take my sport to the next level, developing the mental skills and training habits that are required to preform on the international stage. Often it is the things that are easily overlooked that can make the biggest difference and I believe that Dave has helped me personally to identify and work through areas not only within my training but also in other areas of life that allow me to excel in my sport.
