Dave has been a huge help in my sporting career, he has helped me to stay focused and kept me on the path to achieving my goals.

After attaining a shoulder injury that seemed to never recover Dave helped me to concentrate and decide on what was truly important, he has helped me to  stay positive and continue to succeed in the ring.

He has equipped me with the skills and tools necessary to remain focused and calm under pressure in an 8 man knock out elimination tournament. Cheers Niethe  for all the help.

Chad Milnes

New Zealand 5x amateur 60kg champion
2014 commonwealth games rep
2015 Oceania champion!

As a person I have always been the type to doubt myself and my ability.  As they say, when your competing at a high level its the top 2 inches that make the difference.

Not having the right head space going into competition is more often than not, the determining factor between victory and painful defeat.

For a while I was looking for that confidence in myself, a way to go into competitions without the doubt and anxiety effecting my game and allowing me to perform how i do in the gym out there under the lights.

Working with Dave has in a very short time helped me find that confidence and every session with him I leave inspired about what I have learnt. By using the various techniques we worked on has allowed me to dispel the effects of anxiety and doubt. By also working on how to create consistent mental habits in the gym to get the most out of every session.

All this has made me go in with the right mindset to produce the best performance I can every time I step between those ropes.
