I’ve worked with David for many years and if I had to describe him only using two words I’d say that he’s STRAIGHT UP. One of the many things I appreciate about David is that he gets straight to the point, no sugarcoating or beating around the bush. He keeps it real and 100 ! Through him I’ve been able to create strategies to overcome stress and anxiety when going into competitions, find confidence within myself not only as an athlete but as a person, up skill my communication skills and soo much more ! He is a passionate person who’s willing to go the extra mile to get you to where you want to be, what you see is what you get and working with him is always a pleasure ! He’s like no other and with that, just simply one of the best !
I am very fortunate and privileged to have a brilliant Mental Performance Coach like Dave Niethe on my support team. Dave and I have worked together for a few years now and he has been a great asset in helping me improve my mental game. As a shooting para sport athlete, I believe my sport is 90% mental game and 10% action, Dave has definitely helped me to be a better, more confident and assertive shooter.
Dave has a charismatic approach which makes him exciting and entertaining to talk to and he will leave you feeling motivated and empowered with a fresh perspective.
His wealth of knowledge and experience from his time as a high-performance athlete and also as a Mental Performance Coach for over the past two decades, means he is versatile with his teachings within a variety of sports, but also outside of the sporting realm. Dave is an incredibly humble, funny, friendly and a positive person who can make any environment welcoming and comfortable.
I am very grateful to Dave for supporting me and helping me to unlock my potential so I can be the best person I can be.
