I spoke with Dave over the telephone and immediately I was hooked. Not even 5 minutes into our first conversation Dave described me inside and out. The greatest achievement working with Dave was the undoubtable self-belief I finally gained – my last bout of 2017 ended in a loss but for the first time in my 3 year journey I was proud of who I was and where I came from – I felt free,  I was overcome with the greatest sense of achievement I felt strong and at peace,  never in my life had I  felt that way even after a loss. I learnt to be free of failure and to communicate more positively with my coach and myself. My new found self-respect enables me to be free of my own judgement. I am eagerly looking forward to working with Dave again after my recovery season has ended.
